I might be mistaken (and apparently too lazy to look it up) but I think the GD's first Hey Pocky Way was in Rhode Island (Providence). Could be wrong but I am remembering the J-card on a tape that clearly stands out in my mind from 20 years ago...

Thanks for posting this! Driving to work I heard David Lemieux broadcasting Giants Stadium 1989 and it made me think it has been a while since I swam in that year. Thus, this show AND 1989 are the perfect combo to start the day.

So far I am just at the end of Jack Straw ~ I think I need to go find a fire extinguser for my ears (~}:-)!

McCoy Field was fantastic as with other Furthur shows the energy doesn't translate well to recordings.
Best post Jerry show I've seen yet.
